My order has shipped, can I track it?

No, at the moment we do not offer track-and-trace service.

How quickly can I expect my products to arrive?

We process and ship all orders on a weekly basis, on Friday. You will not always receive your products within 1-2 days, as you normally do at other webshops. The orders are sent with the normal package service.

I would like to return my product, is that possible?

Yes, you certainly can. Please contact us to announce your return. We would like to inform you that the shipping costs for return are not reimbursed.

What are the shipping costs?

We calculate the shipping costs based on the order. We apply shipping costs for the following countries:

The Netherlands:
– Mailbox package: €4.50
– Large shipping (package): €6.50

Belgium:
– Mailbox package: €6.50
– Large shipping (package): €7.50

Germany & Luxembourg:
– Mailbox package: €6.50
– Large shipping (package): €9.50

Apply different shipping costs for deliveries outside the Benelux.

Are the prices including VAT?

Yes, all amounts are inclusive. That applies to all amounts that you see in the webshop. So you have no unexpected extra costs at checkout!

By whom will my order be delivered?

At the time of shipping we select the supplier that best fits with your order. We choose from the following three shipping services: DHL, PostNL or UPS.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

When selecting the size on the product page you can see what sizes we have in stock. Is your size there? Then we have it in stock!

What material is SportWays clothes made from?

At the moment you will only find SportWays products in our webshop. These clothes are made of cotton (organic). The fabric has a soft and elastic characteristic.

Can I wash the clothes in the washing machine?

Yes. Though, our advice is to turn the clothes inside-out (print on the inside) and wash up to 30 degrees.

Can I put the clothes in the dryer?

Ofcourse. But we advise you to put the clothes onto a drying rack.

What is Right of Withdrawal?

Right of Withdrawal is the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days. At the time of delivery to your home, you have 14 days to return the item. Shipping costs are for your own expense.

Security

The payment will be processed through a secure internet connection checkout (SSL connection), which settles the transaction. A small lock just before the URL enables the encrypted data to be sent via a so-called “secure connection”. Once the internet cash register has received the payment, we will prepare and send your order.

iDEAL payment and Mollie

iDEAL is an online payment system through your own bank. The money is transferred to Mollie (our Payment Service Provider) via a secure connection. Almost all Dutch banks are connected to the iDEAL system. With iDEAL you stay in a trusted internet payment environment, based on specific security methods from your own bank.

What happens with my personal data, that you collect during my visit in the webshop?

SportWays respects the privacy of all users of its website and ensures that the personal information you provide is treated confidentially. We use your data only to your order, as quickly and easily as possible. In addition, we will only use this information with your permission.

I have a complaint ...

Why does SportWays have a webshop?

Each year we develop a new clothing line for our hockey camps. Every year some clothes remain after summer. A share goes to charity, part goes to sponsorship and since October 2018, we also sell clothing through our shop! The clothings origin is from the different clothing lines of previous years.

What are the opening hours of the Office?

We are open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 hours. There is a chance that we do not answer the phone directly. Try again later or send us an email here.

Where is the SportWays Office located?

The SportWays Office is located nearby the Amsterdam Forest in Amstelveen, actually right here. Our office is surrounded by a beautiful and natural environment, in addition next to the hockey fields and we are proud of that!

When was SportWays founded?

SportWays has been founded in 1989 and organises hockey camps all over the world ever since! Each year we have fantastic hockey camps in store, just for you. Day Camps? Overnight Camps? View them on our official website www.sportways.com.
